Foundation programs
Each and every Merchants role has a training blueprint to ensure each individual receives the training opportunities they need to perform their role effectively.
Building skills and knowledge
All employees have the opportunity to expand their knowledge through completing online training through the DDU talent portal. Our people are also able to apply for tuition assistance and motivate to attend courses, seminars and conferences in order to enhance their ability to perform their current roles and progress to future positions.
Future leaders
Merchants is committed to developing future leaders which is why our future leader programs provide the knowledge they need for future roles through classroom-based and online learning, research tasks and a mentoring initiatives.
